GUK Streitberg
Asscociation for Corporate Culture, Coaching and Corporate Development
The GUK ("Gesellschaft für Unternehmens-Kultur und -Entwicklung") was founded in the mid-eighties in Nuremberg, Bavaria. In the beginning, the main purpose of the company was to enhance corporate culture (hence the name). A few years later, with the advent of management systems like "lean management", "TQM" or "fractal company", the focus of GUK STREITBERG broadened through the use of these management tools. Their implementation and the accompanying structural work in change processes - covering a range of topics like corporate development, project management and team development - spawned the STREITBERG PROCESS as it is known today. The scientific background was provided by meeting the behavioural biologists around Professor von Cube (Heidelberg) and the subsequent cooperation. The company's relocation from Nuremberg to Streitberg inspired the company to change its name to "GUK Streitberg", and the "GUK Process" became the "STREITBERG Process".
